Shipping and Delivery Policy
Most in-stock items ship within one business day via Appliance Parts HQ's carrier of choice and most orders received by 4:00pm Buyer's local time Monday to Friday will be shipped same day. Appliance Parts HQ charges a flat shipping rate of $12.99 per order to all provinces in Canada and $34.99 to all territories in Canada. Shipments to the Canadian territories do not qualify for shipping promotions. Credit account customer shipping destinations within the local delivery area of an Appliance Parts HQ branch will be delivered either same business day or next business day by that branch's fleet of delivery trucks. Special orders may require additional shipping time, and averages 7 to 14 business days. All special orders are subject to a 100% deposit and are non-cancellable and non-returnable.
Additional shipping and/or handling charges will apply to destinations in remote or secluded areas where common commercial couriers do not deliver and to the shipment of large, oversized, cubed or heavy items or to items that require special handling, including dangerous goods. You will be advised of all freight charges prior to your order being processed.
Shipping and handling fees for appliances depend on destination. Appliances cannot be ordered online and must be ordered through your local Appliance Parts HQ branch or Appliance Parts HQ Customer Care at 1-800-479-2673 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Appliance Parts HQ will endeavour in good faith to ship all orders as soon as possible, but cannot guarantee delivery by a specific delivery date, and will not be liable for any delay in delivery, including but not limited to as a result of non-performance caused by an act of God, war, labour disputes, civil unrest, accidents, the inability to obtain materials, delays of carriers, contractors or suppliers or any other causes of any kind which is beyond the control of Appliance Parts HQ. Please contact your local Appliance Parts HQ branch to inquire about orders with more specific shipping requirements. Weekend delivery service is available in some areas at an additional freight charge and is subject to restrictions
Appliance Parts HQ reserves the right to select its carrier of choice for all shipments and makes use of Canada Post and other common commercial couriers. All shipments must be signed for. Please specify any delivery instructions in the comment section of your order, including requests that orders be held for pickup at post office or courier depot.
All orders are shipped F.O.B. point of shipment and risk of loss will transfer from Appliance Parts HQ to Buyer upon tender of products to Buyer, Buyer's representative or applicable common carrier. Accordingly, Appliance Parts HQ is not responsible for any loss or damage to orders during transit. If you wish to purchase insurance with respect to any order, please make this request in the comment section of your order and you will be advised of such additional charges prior to your order being processed. In the event of damage caused by carrier, please retain any damaged cartons or other packaging for carrier inspection.
Buyer shall examine all products upon receipt. All claims for damage, shortage, errors in shipment or improper delivery must be made within 24 hours of delivery after which date Buyer will be deemed to have irrevocably accepted the products, if not previously accepted, and will have no right to reject the products or to revoke acceptance. You must provide your delivery tag/waybill number, packing slip number and account number to Appliance Parts HQ Customer Care at 1-800-479-2673 or email@example.com.
For shipments to the United States full freight charges will apply (Min $24.99) and cannot be ordered through the website. For shipments to the US please call our Customer Care Centre at 1-800-479-2673.
Appliance Parts HQ offers a No Hassle return policy. You may return any product purchased except gas products, electrical products or special orders within 30 days of receiving your order. All returned products must be in new condition, suitable for resale in its undamaged original packaging and with all original parts; and shall not have been used, installed, modified, rebuilt, reconditioned, repaired, altered or damaged in any way. Some returns may be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee, unless otherwise agreed to by Appliance Parts HQ. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Should any product require return due to a shipping error of Appliance Parts HQ, we will provide return shipping information and cover all return shipping costs. All other returns are at customer's expense and choice of carrier or may be returned to your local Appliance Parts HQ branch.
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA). To request an RGA number, please fill out the RGA request form by clicking here. Requests will be responded to within one business day and you will receive a response indicating either the approval or denial of your return request. If your return request is approved, you will receive a RGA and instructions on making the return. The RGA provided must appear on the outside of any packaging as well as any paperwork included. Only items with an approved RGA will be accepted.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale together with the terms and conditions of any credit application (which, if applicable, are incorporated herein by reference) are between Appliance Parts HQ, its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors and assigns (collectively, "Appliance Parts HQ") and you (“Buyer”) and apply to all transactions between Appliance Parts HQ and Buyer unless otherwise specifically agreed to in writing. Buyer acknowledges that any standard business forms of Buyer, including purchase orders and requests for proposal may be used in the ordinary course of business between Appliance Parts HQ and Buyer, but that such standard business forms will only be used to define such information as the description, quantity, price and destination of products to be sold, supplied or delivered by Appliance Parts HQ to Buyer. All prior oral or written agreements, including but not limited to any purchase order, which are different from or purport to be in addition to these Terms and Conditions of Sale are not applicable and are not binding on Appliance Parts HQ. Buyer will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale if any products or services are sold, supplied or delivered by Appliance Parts HQ to Buyer or an invoice is delivered by Appliance Parts HQ to Buyer in respect of such products or services.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS:
All orders are subject to acceptance by Appliance Parts HQ, which acceptance is contingent on adequate supply and, if applicable, credit approval of Buyer.
Buyer may not cancel, change or modify an order without the written consent of Appliance Parts HQ and payment by Buyer of all applicable cancellation and/or re-stocking fees. Special order items may not be cancelled or returned and no refunds will be issued on account thereof.
All prices are subject to change from time to time otherwise noted. Buyer will be invoiced at prices in effect at the time of shipment. All taxes, shipping and handling costs and other similar charges are in addition to quoted prices.
All Canadian orders are subject to sales, products and services and/or harmonized sales taxes in accordance with those applicable in the province of the Buyer's destination.
All cash account and retail orders are processed immediately upon checkout in person at an Appliance Parts HQ branch or online. Appliance Parts HQ accepts payment via cash, debit and all major credit cards. Credit account terms of invoice payment are net 30 days in accordance with the payment instructions set forth in Buyer's invoice, packing slip and/or account statement. In the event Buyer fails to make any payment to Appliance Parts HQ when due, Buyer's entire account(s) with Appliance Parts HQ will become immediately due and payable without notice or demand and all past due amounts will be subject to a service charge accruing at a rate of 2% per month, calculated daily and compounded monthly (26.82% per annum) or the highest rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. All returned cheques are subject to a $25.00 processing fee. If Buyer is in default for non-payment, then in addition to any other remedies available to AM`RE Supply, Buyer agrees to pay and shall indemnify and hold harmless Appliance Parts HQ in respect of such interest together with all of the costs, losses, charges, expenses and liabilities of Appliance Parts HQ related or incidental to its collection efforts or the enforcement of any of its rights in connection with such default (including legal fees). If a Buyer's credit account is overdue, Appliance Parts HQ reserves its right to suspend Buyer's credit, place Buyer's account on COD or withhold shipments. Appliance Parts HQ will grant a lien waiver only to the extent that payment is received and not avoidable as a bankruptcy preference. Invoices and packing slips will both be received at time of purchase or time of delivery, as applicable. It is Buyer's responsibility to direct invoices to its proper paying authority. Additional copies of invoices are only available upon request and are subject to a service fee. If a Buyer is interested in opening a credit account, applications can be completed online or in person at any Appliance Parts HQ branch. Purchases on credit accounts are subject to application processing times.
7. CASE QUANTITIES:
Full case quantities of certain products are provided for reference only. Unless the quoted price of a product is provided on a “per case” basis, where provided, Buyer must elect to purchase that number of units stated to be in a full case in order to purchase that quantity. Case quantities are provided by the applicable manufacturer and are subject to change without notice.
8. MANUFACTURER WARRANTY CLAIMS AND SERVICE PARTS:
Appliance Parts HQ is an authorized warranty claims processor and parts distributor for various manufacturers. All authorized warranty claims will be processed by Appliance Parts HQ immediately, subject to manufacturer requirements that products first be inspected, in which case additional shipping charges may apply. A manufacturer warranty return number must be provided to and approved by Appliance Parts HQ prior to the purchase of any product ordered on account of manufacturer warranty claims, failing which such products will be charged to Buyer's account and will be subject to Appliance Parts HQ's regular payment terms. Some products may be covered by a manufacturer “in-home warranty” and are limited to receiving service in the owner's home by a manufacturer-approved repair technician. Accordingly, warranty claims in respect of such products must be arranged through the applicable manufacturer directly, to manage the process of an in-home repair or replacement. Such products cannot be returned to Appliance Parts HQ for warranty service claims or replacement and manufacturers will not approve warranty claims on such products that have been uninstalled and returned to Appliance Parts HQ.
9. BACK ORDERS:
Items which are not shipped are back-ordered for future shipment unless Buyer cancels its order, in whole or in part, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Buyer is not entitled to set-off any amounts due to Appliance Parts HQ by any amount that may be due by Appliance Parts HQ to Buyer in connection with any transaction governed by these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
11. BUILDER'S LIENS:
Buyer acknowledges and agrees that, in the event that Buyer purchases products from Appliance Parts HQ and supplies or incorporates such materials in respect of an improvement pursuant to the applicable provincial construction or builder's lien legislation, Appliance Parts HQ reserves its rights under such legislation and Buyer further agrees that such products will be deemed to have been purchased pursuant to a prevenient arrangement and that one continuing contract is deemed to be in place.
Appliance Parts HQ warrants only title to products sold, supplied or delivered to Buyer. All other warranties are those of the applicable manufacturer. Wolseley assigns to Buyer any warranty provided by its suppliers and by the manufacturer. Buyer waives any right to legal action against Wolseley for damage caused by the products sold, supplied or delivered by Wolseley, which includes and not limited to environmental damages. Any warranty is void if a product is subject to misuse, modifications, unsuitable physical or operating environment, improper use or maintenance, storage, application or installation. Some products are stamped during production with date codes to signify the warranty period of such products. Manufacturer warranties on date-coded products will only be approved for claims filed within the stated warranty period and it is Buyer's responsibility to verify such warranty periods before installation. Buyer's sole and exclusive remedy will be the repair, replacement or refund of the purchase price paid for product returned during the relevant manufacturer's warranty period, subject to Buyer's provision of a
Return Goods Authorization (RGA). If approved, Appliance Parts HQ will provide an RGA number within one (1) business day. All warranty requests must be emailed to email@example.com and must include Buyer's name, invoice number, the make, model and serial number of the applicable product and an explanation of the product issue for which a warranty claim is being made. Appliance Parts HQ DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES NOT SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED FOR HEREIN, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
IN NO EVENT WILL Appliance Parts HQ'S LIABILITY, IF ANY, EXCEED THE NET SALES PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD, SUPPLIED OR DELIVERED TO BUYER AND Appliance Parts HQ WILL NOT, IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, LIQUIDATED OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUFFERED BY BUYER.
If Buyer is in default of these Terms and Conditions of Sale, Appliance Parts HQ may, at its option, cancel any unexecuted portion of any order to which these Terms and Conditions of Sale apply and/or exercise any right or remedy which may be available to it at law. Buyer will be in default under these Terms and Conditions of Sale if: (a) the Buyer fails to perform any covenant, term or condition contained herein or breaches any representation or warranty given by Buyer to Appliance Parts HQ; (b) Buyer fails to give a required notice to Appliance Parts HQ; (c) Buyer is insolvent or fails to pay its debts as they come due or Buyer makes an assignment for the benefit of its creditors, or a receiver or receiver and manager is appointed for Buyer or for any of the products ordered pursuant to these Terms and Conditions of Sale, or if any petition is filed to adjudicate Buyer bankrupt.
Buyer shall indemnify, hold harmless and defend Appliance Parts HQ, its affiliates and their respective employees, officers, directors and agents from and against any action, cause of action, judgment or claim for damages to property (including environmental damages) or bodily injury, loss of life or any other liability, cost or expense of any nature as a result of the breach of any applicable laws or regulations or these Terms and Conditions of Sale, in connection with the installation, use or repair by Buyer of the products sold, supplied or delivered by Appliance Parts HQ.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale will be construed as if prepared jointly by the parties hereto and any uncertainty or ambiguity will not be interpreted against any one party. If any of the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions of Sale are held to be unenforceable then such provision will be given effect in such reduced form as may be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction; provided, however, that if any provision should be declared unenforceable or invalid for any reason, such unenforceable or invalid provisions will be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions of Sale without affecting the enforceability or validity of the remaining provisions.
The failure of Appliance Parts HQ to insist upon the strict performance of any of these Terms and Conditions of Sale will not be deemed to be a waiver of any of the right or remedies of Appliance Parts HQ, nor of its right to insist upon strict performance of such term or of any other term in the future. No waiver of any of these Terms and Conditions of Sale will be valid unless in writing signed by Appliance Parts HQ.
18. GOVERNING LAW:
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of the province in which the Buyer transacts business with Appliance Parts HQ and Buyer hereby irrevocably attorns to the jurisdiction of the courts of such province. All actions, regardless of form, arising out of or related to a transaction governed by these Terms and Conditions of Sale must be brought against Appliance Parts HQ within the applicable statutory period, but in no event more than one (1) year after the date of the relevant invoice.
